  1. Arrange orange slices and salad greens on serving plates. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon orange zest among the salads.
  2. Beat cream cheese, orange juice, honey, 2 teaspoons orange zest, and cinnamon together in a bowl until smooth. Spoon dressing onto each salad.



I made this for a large crowd and everyone loved it! It was a great addition to our holiday dinner. I did include some orange zest in the salad. I highly recommend.
