  1. Cut pork into 1/2-inch medallions; cut each medallion into 3 strips. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork in oil 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are brown and pork is just cooked through. Remove from pan; set aside.
  2. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to skillet. Stir-fry vegetables in oil 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add cooking sauce, stir-fry sauce and pork. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Serve with rice.
