  1. Blend cucumbers, bananas, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a container and freeze, at least 3 hours.


  • Cook's Note:
  • You can use any fruit and vegetable combination instead of cucumbers. Stock your freezer with frozen berries, etc. for an instant ice-cream. My favorites are: strawberries, bananas, peaches, or pears.
