I cook a lot and I followed directions to a T. It was tender, but my entire family thought the pork chops were bland. The vegetables were good.

This was excellent. The only change I made was I smoked the chops on the smoker for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Gave it a great smoky taste once finished in the pressure cooker.
