  1. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over high heat. Saute the onions until they begin to soften.
  2. Add the garlic, saute one minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook, covered, until the zucchini is crisp and tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese.

I probably did something wrong, but it turned out SO watery. Not a fan.
