  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to instructions on box. Let cool 10 minutes.
  2. Microwave caramels and milk in a microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 21/2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract. Drizzle caramel mixture over baked brownies in zigzag pattern. Place pecans on top of brownies, pressing gently into caramel. Let cool and serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
