  1. Beat cream in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir together curd, cream cheese and almond extract in small bowl until smooth. Stir curd mixture into whipped cream until blended. Divide mousse into tall stemmed glasses. Divide berries among glasses and garnish with mint, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.

I made it as instructed but with Vanilla extract and served it in shortbread tartlets. It was delicious! Light, tart and sweet.

OMGosh! the family loved it. We made a crust from 55 vanilla wafers, 6 T butter, and approx. 20 crushed lemondrop candies from another lemon mousse recipe here. It was even better the next day.
