  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. Stir whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sugar, egg, and about 3/4 of the melted butter together in a casserole dish. Fold about half the crushed crackers into the corn mixture. Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers over the top of the mixture and drizzle with the remaining butter.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until beginning to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

Very, very good flavor. I had to raise oven temp to 350 and cooked for 40 minutes. Was perfect. Great side dish for an cold weather dinner...especially thanksgiving. I used only 1/2 a cup of...

Doubled the recipe, halved the sugar, baked longer (40 minutes) at 350. Excellent dish for Thanksgiving. Very quick and easy.

Fantastic flavor, was skeptical at first because of crackers ,but this is amazing!

I used 1/3 cup of sugar and that was plenty! I also added 1/2 a red bell pepper (sweet pepper) sautéed down, and that was excellent!
