THIS is my new favorite dip! I could not have imagined how well these flavors would be together. I used a Roasted Red Pepper hummus and it disappeared at a family gathering.
Very good! Served with pita crackers. Guests really enjoyed it. Didn't make great leftovers, as the cucumbers made the dip watery, but still tasted great.
Love this, so easy and delicious. Even my Greek friends love this! Way easier than using a yogurt,cream cheese and feta base layer!
