  1. Toss greens with cranberries, cheese and walnuts in salad bowl.
  2. Beat vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add oil, beating until well blended.
  3. Pour over salad; toss to coat.

This salad was very easy to put together and a nice light side for dinner. I found the balsamic in the dressing a little overwhelming, and may try it with a different vinegar - rice or champagne...
