  1. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add flour; cook 1 minute or until bubbly, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in milk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 minute.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until VELVEETA is melted and soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.

Its yummy...I made a few changes though I added chicken broth and potatoes and i used fresh broccoli that I boiled first....turned out delicious...

It was yummy following the recipe, but I did end up modifying it. I added one can of chicken broth and some garlic salt. I also added more broccoli and a little more cheese to balance it. Family...

I added another 1/2 cup of milk to make it a little soupier. Otherwise it was perfect!
