I halved this recipe. Other reviews said it was not spicy enough so I added only the sauce from a small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Spicy and delicious!
Added a scoop of cocoa, and used jarred fire roasted red bell peppers instead of fresh. Spectacular with corn, cheese, fritos, and jalapeño garnishes!
