Refreshing Cucumber Soup

Refreshing Cucumber Soup

Jane G

"This soup has been in our family for 4 generations. Grandmother added the garlic, mom added Lawry's® seasoned salt, and I made it a puree. It's light and refreshing on a hot summer's day and decidedly 'cucumber!' Garnish with any or all of the following: chopped tomatoes, onions, parsley, or slivered almonds."

I don't know, this just must not be my 'thing', but I really didn't care for this. I know that it's a soup, and it's supposed to be liquid-y, but this was just 'too liquid-y'. I was hoping for m...

Add a few snips of fresh dill and a bit of lemon zest right before serving. Very refreshing soup!
