  1. Stir milk, egg, crumbled bacon, and chives together in a 2-cup glass measuring cup.
  2. Cook in microwave oven until the egg mixture is solid in the center, 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
  3. Heat a small skillet over medium heat; cook sausage patty in hot skillet until hot in the center, 2 to 3 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  4. Sandwich the cooked egg, sausage, and cheese between the donut halves.

This was definitely a clever idea. It doesn't have much flavor, I would highly recommend seasoning the eggs and sausage!

Five stars according to my imagination. Forget the fat and sugar load, as much as I wanted one(or seven), I just couldn't! Howevern this gives me a chance to clear something up. Processed chees...

It was so delicious! The only thing is my brother said when tried it is to put the glazed side on the inside if the sandwich so your fingers don't get too much glaze on them.

I LOVED this! I didn't add anything to the eggs, just scrambled them plain and cooked them. Put that in between the donut 1/2's along w/ the sausage and cheese. Great sweet/savory flavor combina...

Breakfast heaven is right. I made a fried instead of a scrambled egg so that the yolk would soak into the doughnut. OMG. This is good.
