  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and curry powder together in a bowl; spread mixture onto the middle of a plate. Top cream cheese mixture with a layer of chutney, a layer of coconut, a layer of cashews, and a layer of green onions.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • I like to use Major Grey's for the chutney.
  • You may also make the cream cheese spread ahead of time.
  • Serve at room temperature.

I must admit I made some changes and it was outstanding - rather than layer I combined the cheese, sour cream, curry powder and chutney and left in refrigerator overnight. I spooned into dip di...

It was amazing. The only thing was I used half the coconut as I am not a fan of it but it went with the chutney perfectly, next time I will use more. Thank you so much for posting this recipe.

Everyone gobbles this up. It's so easy and can be made earlier in the day. I use a little less coconut and toast it ~ brings out the yummy coconut flavour!
