  1. Mash bananas and brown sugar together in a bowl. Transfer to a small saucepan, place over medium heat, and cook until bananas begin to brown, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually mix 1 cup milk into bananas and heat until mixture begins to steam. Stir honey and cinnamon into mixture until honey has dissolved.
  2. Pour banana mixture into a blender no more than half full. Cover and hold lid down; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Puree until smooth. Blend remaining 1/2 cup milk into mixture until creamy.

  • Cook's Note:
  • I like mine a little thick but you can adjust the amount of milk and honey in the blender according your taste. I put 1/2 cup of cold milk in the blender to start drinking ASAP. You can dip a dessert spoon in chocolate hazelnut spread and serve drink with it.

Delicious! I added about double the cinnamon and brown sugar, and I used molasses instead of honey. It still came out great! Overall, I would just add a bit more spices:)

This was different, but I liked it. I looked at the reviews, and did double the honey and cinnamon, definitely recommend doing that. I would make it again.
