"A light yet satisfying breakfast concoction that incorporates two longtime staples: peanut butter and banana. A perfect start to a relaxing weekend day when coupled with a glass of Moscato and a bowl of chocolate-covered fruit. We suggest eating with your hands."

A classic combination of flavors served quesadilla style. I enjoyed this very much; the only thing I would suggest is to cut back on the peanut butter a bit; I think it was just too much for one...

Tasty. Kids loved this.

I used a scant 1/2 cup and a really firm banana. Kids devoured it.
