  1. Lightly grease or spray a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish. Layer ham, cheese, green onion and asparagus in dish.
  2. Whisk milk into baking mix a little at a time so mixture doesn't get lumpy. Whisk in eggs just until blended. Pour mixture carefully over ingredients in baking dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven until puffed and golden brown, and a knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Pretty good. The family ate almost the entire dish. Would definitely make this one again. Liked the asparagus in it too.

I put crab and green onions and cheddar in one pie plate and broccoli, red bell pepper, green onions and cheddar in the other. Another time I might add a drop of sriracha to the broccoli one. ...

Big hit and so easy and cheap. Everyone had seconds. Made this tonight for the first time. We loved the bisguity fluffiness that adding all purpose bisquik* gave the dish. I did make some variat...
