  1. In medium bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until mixed well.
  3. Pour into crust. Chill 6 to 8 hours or until firm and then top with LUCKY LEAF Premium Strawberry Pie Filling, or cut pieces and spoon pie filling over each slice.

Delicious! I used to make one like this years ago using cherry pie filling. You can use any flavor of pie filling if you like.
