Crunchy Cheesy Fish and Spinach Casserole

"What a great way to combine all food groups into one casserole dish. So yummy, the kids won't even mind eating their veggies. Also a good meal idea for the working mom; it's simple to put together and cooks quickly in the oven. Substitute any mild white fish for the cod if desired."

I made this yesterday and it was okay. I think I'll cut the 1 teaspoon of salt as this dish which my husband and I thought made it way to salty. The only change I made was that I used dried dill...

This was so good...need to add more spinach next time. I used tilapia and was so good...a definite do again! Put some dried garlic on spinach before putting fish on! Yum

I made this as posted. It was delicious. I will definitely make it again. Such a nice change from regular baked fish. Thanks for a great recipe.
