  1. Combine romaine, onion and strawberries in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, Truvia(R) natural sweetener, vinegar and poppy seeds.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Sprinkle with almonds.

This was really good. I would definitely cut back on the Truvia so the dressing isn't too sweet.
