  1. Cut roast into 3 to 4 pieces. Place pork in a greased or lined slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 7 hours until pork is very tender. Shred with 2 forks. Serve on rolls, topping with coleslaw if desired.

it was overall easy and good family injoyed deff will make again

Add a bit more BBQ sauce, but GREAT!

Very delicious! Spicy with just a hint of citrus. I did cut the cooking time down to about five hours because it was ready and I was afraid of it becoming overcooked, and it came out prefect!
