"This is the best recipe for when raspberries are in season! Only 5 ingredients and it takes 5 to 10 minutes to make!"


  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 pints fresh raspberries
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts


  1. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a bowl; gently fold in raspberries.
  2. Gently spread cream cheese onto the bottom and sides of graham cracker crusts using a spatula. Divide raspberry mixture between the two crusts; spread filling evenly within the crust.
  3. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
