"These salmon croquette patties are great with or without buns. As a kid I remember watching my mother make these. I have altered it quite a bit to make it my own. My husband and his family loves them so I decided to share. Jalapeno can be added to the sauce for those who choose. This option works well for guest who can not eat spicy foods."

Wonderful full flavors in these patties. They held together well. Will definately make again. Great recipe.

This was a great recipe. Even better than I remember them being as a kid. I left out the dill and pepper just because I wasn't sure what taste would be created. Overall, I loved it and will beco...

Love the taste of this! I used a salmon filet instead of canned salmon but other than that stuck real close to the recipe. Great salmon croquet! Would make again for sure!

We loved these! I followed the recipe from the eggs down as written. For the salmon, I used about a 1-lb. piece of leftover broiled salmon that I flaked with a fork. Thanks!

I fully expected to not like these. The canned salmon looked unappetizing out of the can... But I was so wrong!!! I made it exactly as written - just the right amount of crunch with the celer...

These are delicious. I eat these on a bed of lettuce leaves. They are delicious cold as well with a slice of tomato and onion. You can increase or decrease seasoning as desired. For me, I like l...

These are really good. A nice change from the boring ones my mom used to make.

I have been making salmon patties for years but I have now switched over to this recipe. Very good!
