  1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, taco seasoning, and garlic powder together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir olives, chilies, and Cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Spread about 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla like a jelly roll; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight. Cut into 1-inch slices.

I've made these a few times for pitch-ins and they are always a hit! I also leave out the olives.

I omit the olives as I'm not a huge fan of them. I also add a little bit of cayenne pepper.

Just made these and stuck them in the fridge for tomorrow night. Our 3rd year in a row making them for NYE. Can't say enough good about them! They are a big hit every time.

We loved them! I doubled the recipe & made the gordita sized wraps & added 2 C cooked diced chicken to it & 4 sliced green onions- wow!

Didn't add the picante sauce instead just dipped in salsa afterwards. Would have tasted great dipped in guacamole too.
