Mayonnaise Chicken

Jessica 0

"A recipe that my mom used to make when we were little and picky about what we ate. Now I feed it to my family and friends and everybody loves it! Good for a day when you don't want to stand at a stove forever but still want a really nice meal. For more flavor, you can add already mixed Italian dressing to the mayo and dry Italian blend."

Made this for my family and everyone liked it including my 7 y o grandson. Served over rice and side of brocoli. Next time I will add mushrooms and maybe even a little bacon for extra flavor. Gr...

The chicken was tender and tasty, although seeing the oily ooze of the mayonnaise after it had been in the slowcooker for a while was a bit off putting.

This was a hot oily mess! I followed the recipe exactly.
