  1. In medium saucepan, stir together cocoa and sugar; stir in evaporated skim milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in corn syrup. Cool completely.
  2. Add yogurt and banana; stir with whisk until well blended. Refrigerate several hours until cold.
  3. Pour mixture into 1-quart container of ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

This was pretty good for low fat. But eat it the first day. After that, it was very icy.

I made this ice cream for my son's first birthday party. It was very rich and ALL GONE. Everyone loved it.

I did not like this at all.

We like bananas and chocolate, and we like homemade frozen yogurt, but this was not a very tasty combination to us. The tang of the yogurt just didn't work with the other flavors.
