  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Press pie crust pastry into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Combine crushed pineapple, sugar, coconut, margarine, eggs, and flour in a bowl; mix with a fork until well blended. Pour into pie crust pastry.
  4. Bake pie in the preheated oven until the middle is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.

Should bake in deep dish pie crust, I'm glad I put it on top of a foil lined cookie sheet. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it's going to be good:)

I think it has too much coconut and not enough pineapple. Also it was way too sweet for me. I don't think I would make this again, since most of it got in the trash.

I have made this recipe several times and each time it's a really big hit with my family!

I make this frequently. It goes fast at bake sakes. A deep dish pie crust is definitely needed
