  2. Mix spinach, flour, eggs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; divide evenly between prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 20 minutes.

These tasted very much like spinach. I even added a bit of feta, but the spinach overpowered it. Next time, I will try with maybe a 1/2 of flour and some chopped garlic instead of the powder......
