  1. Dice grapefruit into blueberry-size pieces and transfer to a large bowl. Add blueberries, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, and honey; mix well.



Soo yummy! Love the blueberry and tangy grapefruit combo.

'Think one more flavor would improve this. Maybe garlic? I don't know. It's fine, but nothing I'd make again. 'Glad I tried.
