Slow Cooker Ham with Pineapple

"This ham was a big hit at an Easter party a few years back. I got the recipe and have been making it ever since! It's simple since it only has 3 ingredients, but it's delicious nonetheless! I prefer to leave my ham whole once it's done cooking, but others have said they like to shred the ham into chunks and mix the cooked pineapple with it."

  • Do not substitute another brand for the Pepsi(R). Something about the sweetness of Pepsi(R) is what really makes this work!

I've made this for years - it is delicious but I've always used Coca Cola which is also sweet!

I thought this had a strange aftertaste. I'm sure that this isn't the recipe but the cut of ham, but mine was ridiculously salty.

Admittedly, I didn't try the recipe as written. I've had cola-flavored slow cooker meats before and it wasn't amazing, so I decided to substitute a bottle of Pinot instead. I also used a spira...

Very disappointed.

We always use orange marmalade in place of the cola and add Maraschino cherries secured with toothpicks through the pineapple rings. My family adores their Easter ham this way! We also use a bo...

Next time I will use a spiral ham instead of a picnic ham... I also added butter and light brown sugar to make a glaze on the top of the ham

We added and changed the recipe a little. Add ed sweet potatoes. Etc. Made this on easter. Forgot to rate it.
