  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
  2. Center potatoes evenly on sheet of Reynolds Wrap(R) Non-Stick Aluminum Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes on cookie sheet in oven.
  5. OR grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

ive made these quite often, ecspecially when camping. yummy and simple

These were pretty good they way they were but next time I'm gonna use more cheese and add some additional seasonings for a little more flavor.

These turned out really good. The cooking time seems to be a little on the low side, as mine ended up taking 50 minutes. I topped with a little more Parmesan than it called for, but that's just...

I didn't think that the timing was correct. I cooked them for an hour and they still weren't soft. I think it'd be yummy sauteed over a skillet.

Simple and easy. The rosemary is a great flavor with the potatoes.
