  • Pesto-Chicken Stuffed Tomatoes: Omit tortillas, plum tomatoes and lettuce. Prepare chicken salad as directed. Cut 6 large (regular) tomatoes into wedges, stopping about 1/2 inch from bottom of each tomato; fill with chicken mixture. Top with chopped bacon. Serve with your favorite NABISCO Crackers.

This was good, but not great. It was easy. I had to mix some cream cheese with pesto because my grocery store did not carry the cooking cream. I wish I could have tried it.
