IT!! I used a blender contrary to what the author said and it turned out FABULOUS!! I paired it with a pork tenderloin, and yellow rice with black beans. It was so DELISH!!

I just made this tonight. I run out of rice vinegar so I used Red wine vinegar. Really love it and will make it more. Thank you

Excellent, I used it on grilled mahi mahi and it was a huge hit. The trick is to let the salsa sit the in the fridge for at least an hour. I noticed the flavor were more intense.
