Healthier Jalapeno Popper Spread

"This will definitely be the biggest hit at the party! This is such an easy appetizer to make and it tastes just like the jalapeno poppers you wish you could make yourself! We use light mayonnaise and light cream cheese, less Parmesan, and added cilantro to make this recipe healthier. But remember, it's only healthier if you don't eat it all by yourself! Serve with sliced sourdough baguettes, tortilla chips or crackers."

I have found that the new BluePlate Light Mayo is very tasty and believe me I am VERY picky about mayo.

This was delicious. After mixing the ingredients, I put it I'm my mini crockpot for about 1 and 1/2 hours. Everyone loved it! I served it with reduced fat crackers and cut up vegetables.

I made it and set it on the dinner table. I disappeared. YUM

I added about 1/4 cup of panko crumbs (to give it a little crunch) to the top before baking and right before removing it from the oven, I added about 1/4 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend. T...
