Really good and easy to make. I added the gouda and the bacon and it was very tasty. Adjustments for next time: use a little less beer and shred the gouda so it melts more easily.

Great dip! It was a little bit too watery at first but I put it on the stove and reduced it a bit and then it was wonderful! I think this would be great with soft baked pretzels and adding bacon...
