  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the corn chips on a large baking tray. In a large bowl stir together the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup salsa, green onions, fajita seasoning mix, and fresh lime juice. Mix well. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly on top of the corn chips.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with the black beans, banana peppers, and olives. Top with shredded cheese. Bake the nachos for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with avocado slices, the remaining salsa, and the remaining sour cream. Add jalapeno peppers for additional flavor, if desired.

These were great! The lime juice really brings out the flavors.

This was such a great recipe. Everyone loved it! The only thing I changed (and only because my husband likes very spicy) was I used jalapeƱos instead of banana peppers! So good!

My family and I loved it! I also added 1/4 cup of cilantro and it gave it a niece touch! Will definitely repeat.

Delicious! Instead of baking it over nachos, I just wrap it up in burritos and bake that. Yum!

Simply wonderful! My family voted these the best nachos they have ever had. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
