  1. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minute.
  2. Stir the vegetables, picante sauce and soy sauce in the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the peanuts.

Made this and it turned out wonderfully. I added some things like roasted red peppers and served it up with rice.

I added in some in home spices and seasonings onto the chicken while it was cooking. Very flavorful.

Simple to make and very flavorful. Serve over rice and its a complete meal.

Big hit with everyone in the family. It's not too spicy and I used stir fry with noodles and it turned out great!

Really good meal. I added a tiny bit of sesame oil and more soy sauce and we had it over rice. I didn't bother chopping the peanuts and we thought it worked fine.
