  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 35 min. or until centre is set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into 42 squares. Roll each square into ball; place on parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Insert 1 lollipop stick into centre of each. Freeze 4 hours.
  4. Melt chocolates in separate bowls as directed on packages. Dip 21 lollipops in dark chocolate; return to baking sheet. Repeat with remaining lollipops and white chocolate. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate of contrasting colour over lollipops. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.

  • Make Ahead: Prepare recipe as directed. Place lollipops in tightly covered container and freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, thaw in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
  • Special Extra: Dip lollipops in chopped nuts or flaked coconut immediately after dipping in chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

these were pretty good. A nice change from regular cake-balls. I didn't have a way to display mine on sticks, so I made regular balls and and added sprinkles while the chocolate was still wet in...

Maybe I made the Pops too big, but I could only get about 20 out of the recipe. Overall they were a big hit at a football party.

Awesome. I made these over the holidays to give to each guest at dinner, I had people taking more than 1
