  1. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with fork or wire whisk until blended. Lightly butter 10-inch skillet; heat over medium heat until bubbly.
  2. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet; immediately rotate skillet until batter covers bottom. Cook until golden brown. Run wide spatula around edge to loosen; turn and cook other side until golden brown. Stack pancakes, placing waxed paper between each; keep covered.
  3. Roll up pancakes. Serve with lingonberries.

I tried this recipe and was pleased with the easiness in preparation...However, I felt it could use a few additions... I would add 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1 tsp of sugar 1-2 tbsp of butter...
