  1. Cook and stir the marshmallows, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla extract together in a pot over medium-low heat until the marshmallows are completely melted, 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Put the popcorn in a large bowl; pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently stir with a big spoon to coat.

I like that it stayed soft, but there was way too much caramel for the amount of popcorn. If I were to make it again I would half the amount of caramel ingredients.

Fast, Easy and yummy!!! We added a sprinkling of salt, and then tossed in a cup of chocolate chips and mixed it all together. SO GOOD!

My fave! We make it at least once a month. I use 3-4 bags of popcorn for this amount of caramel.

Easy to make. Delicious. We love making it with butter popcorn; it compliments the sweet.
