  1. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Add sausage slices, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes to brown, stirring frequently. Stir in Wacky Mac and serve immediately.
