  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add celery, garlic, onion and carrot. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Add ground round and brown, breaking up with spoon. Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, paprika, kidney beans, Great Northern beans, salt and pepper. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in Wacky Mac and heat through.
