  1. Combine peanut butter, vinegar, apple butter, soy sauce, gingerroot and garlic in blender container or food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir in finely chopped cilantro.



I used homemade peanut butter and homemade apple butter to make this recipe. I loved serving it with a few veggies over spaghetti! Great taste! I'll be making this again!

Excellent! Use for salad with grilled chicken breasts or pour on noodles and serve as a cold dish.
