  1. Mix the orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, rosemary, and green onions in a large plastic zipper bag; place the chops into the bag, squeeze out the air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate to marinate 8 hours or overnight.
  2. The next day, preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Remove the chops from the marinade, and discard the used marinade. Shake excess marinade from the chops, and grill until pork is browned, no longer pink inside, and shows good grill marks, about 15 minutes per side. An instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a chop should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

These were so much better than I had hoped. I have never had such flavorful, tender pork chops before. I had actually purchased a rosemary plant a few days before so I was able to use the fresh ...

This was another collaborative effort between Hubs and me. I chose the recipe - how could I not, given Andrew is my baby grandson's name and the fact I had a lonely, zestless orange in the frid...

My husband said "best pork chops ever". Thank you they're delicious!

THE BEST pork chops EVER. I can never go back to "normal" pork chops again. Amazing!

Very good (and easy) recipe. I grilled these in my grill pan.
