"Came up with this by accident. Has become a family favorite. Cheap, easy, and everyone loves it. If desired (try it without first) top individual servings with favorite cheese. I have never used cheese in it and no one notices. Goes great with garlic bread."

  1. Cook and stir the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat is browned, about 10 minutes; drain excess grease. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and stir in the bouillon cubes until the cubes are dissolved. Mix in broken lasagna noodles, tomato soup, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until the lasagna noodle pieces are tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove about 1 cup of sauce from the skillet, and mix with the cornstarch; return mixture to skillet, and simmer to thicken, about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt.

I give this 5 stars for ease of preparation. It sounds really tasty. I'll try it but make this change. The beef cubes are usually really salty....I recommend substituting beef broth.

not impressed with this at all. too bland. i did used the beef stock vs water and bouillon cubes. it seems incredibly watery and even adding alot of cheese didnt help the consistancy or flavor.

I used reduced sodium beef broth in place of the water and sodium filled bouillon cubes and healthy request canned soup. Mixed in the "Italian Seasoning Mix" from this site for the Italian seas...

This was a huge hit tonight with my family! Couple of changes... I used 1 cup water and 3 cups beef broth instead of bouillion. No cornstarch and no Italian seasoning. It thickened up just fine,...

I really like this recipe because it is easy, quick and I usually always have these ingredients on hand. I did do one thing different though, I substituted the beef bouillon cubes with beef stoc...

Easy and tasty for a quick weeknight dinner.

I made this and it was okkkkk but I am not sure it'll go into the main rotation. Instead of the bouillon cubes, i used a can of beef broth and a can of chicken broth. Used a can of tomato sauce ...

I didn't have all these ingredients on hand, so I used 1 cup chicken stock and 3 cups water instead of the beef bouillon, and a can of tomato paste instead of tomato soup. I also added a quick ...
