"A sweet yet mildly spicy Caribbean rendition of an old vegetable staple makes what sometimes is a bitter-tasting veggie, liked by few, into an exciting side dish. After snowblowing a traditional Michigan winter evening, Charlie yearned for the island taste. He blended this up and it was requested again three nights in a row."

All I can say is... WOW! These were really good in my opinion. While I don't entirely dislike Brussels Sprouts as a rule, I can't say I normally make them often. This recipe could help to cha...

Added a bit of water and covered for a couple of minutes near end of cooking to get the sprouts cooked through. I then let water cook off. This was a delicious way to cook brussel sprouts.

Loved it! Next time a little less brown sugar and I will cook them a little longer...

Delicious!!! The seasoning sounds weird to go on brussels but it was perfect! Thanks!

Totally ate the whole thing myself! Used a spicy curry. So good!
