  1. In a shallow bowl combine flour, paprika, chili powder and salt. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken on each side until it is fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan. In a small bowl, combine hot sauce and butter. Brush each piece of chicken with hot sauce mixture. Allow chicken to cool slightly.
  2. Preheat a sandwich grill or panini press. Arrange bread slices on a work surface and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon Marzetti(R) Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing. Layer cooked chicken and onions on four slices. Cover chicken with remaining four slices of bread, dressing side down. Brush top and bottom of bread with olive oil and place panini in grill or press and cover. Cook until bread is toasted, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from grill and cut each sandwich in half. Serve sandwiches and celery sticks with extra Marzetti(R) Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.

  • * Slice chicken breasts so there are about 2 slices per serving.

Loved it! I added mozzarella cheese and a squeeze of lime on top for a little twist.

Amazing! Didn't change a thing!

Love these! These might be the best paninis I have ever made! Just the right amount of heat - crispy on the outside - flavorful - perfect! I made my own blue cheese dressing but otherwise mad...

Better than any restaurant panini we've had!! Just the right amount of spice and, best of all, EASY!!

These are wonderful!! My husband loves these...we call them the knock off Hooters Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches...the closest we have come to the flavor of the Hooters sandwich at home!! Thank y...

Very good! I did saute the onion before grilling the sandwich and I added some provolone cheese. Great on sourdough!

Made this last night and it was awesome. I will definitely be making this a lot.

Excellent recipe for buffalo chicken lovers. Skipped the bread ... Just chicken, sauce and blue cheese. What's not to love?
