Chai Latte

"It's more about choosing a good brand than a recipe. But here's the authentic way you would find it at an Indian restaurant. You can steam the milk first if you have an espresso machine or a milk steamer."

Good base recipe, but a little bland without any changes. I added a dash of nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla and it went from bland to yummy. Just what I was craving.

I didn't have goat's milk or cardamom, so I used whole (3.25%) milk and cinnamon. I must admit I am a loyal Second Cup chai latte fan and this really doesn't compare. For one, this beverage lack...

Delicious! I used vanilla soy milk and nutmeg and a hand frother to get the milk all foamy.

I used cream instead of goat's milk and it was delicious.

Great!!! I loved it! I didn't have goat's milk though so I used Half n' Half cream instead! I didn't go by the exact measurements, but I played it by ear and it was delicious!
