  1. Mix cookie mix, pudding mix and flour in bowl. Stir in melted butter and eggs until soft dough forms. Add pistachios and cranberries; blend well.
  2. Using small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fingers to slightly flatten.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Made these cookies for Thanksgiving and were a big hit..they didn't last the day. The flavor is awesome. I plan on making for Christmas and partially dipping them in chocolate.

this is a definite keeper. super easy. i used cherry & white chocolate chips in place of the cranberries - only because i didn't have them on hand. i will definitely try them as written.

If you like pistachio, these cookies are excellent and easy. From package to pan in five minutes!

I have made these cookies about 4 times over the Christmas season and love the recipe. This recipe will be enjoyed for years to come.

I omitted the dried cranberries and extra nuts, and added a splash of both vanilla and almond extracts as well as a 1/4 cup of cream cheese. Everyone loved them!

I made these cookies over the holidays and everybody loved them! They will be an addition to our holiday trays and gift boxes every year!

My co-workers loved these cookies. They are a great change of pace from the ordinary cookie. They are supper easy to make.

While these are great cookies, using melted butter or margarine gives them a runny consistency that makes for a thin cookie. I suggest using butter that is chilled/room temperature.
